Do I have to register for events?
No, most Trojan Welcome Experience events are open to all USC students. You will need to check in to events using your EngageSC app so make sure to make your account before attending your first event.
Are the Trojan Welcome Experience events free?
Yes! All Trojan Welcome Experience events are free. Come and enjoy all that Trojan Life has to offer.
I need accommodations to participate in one of the events. What should I do?
USC values the equitable and full inclusion of individuals with disabilities into all aspects of campus life. Please reach out to the event host to request accommodations. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations in an effective and timely manner.
Can my family come with me?
Some events are open to the whole Trojan Family whether that’s your parents, siblings, children, spouse or other family members. Check the event description to confirm if they can attend with you.
Can my non-USC friends come with me?
Some events are open to the whole Trojan Family, but you will need your USC ID and EngageSC account to access most events. Check the event description to confirm if they can attend with you.

Are there food/beverage or bag restrictions for any events?
